Doodle Keepsakes specializes in creating custom products (including shirts, totes, mugs, and other keepsakes) from customer-provided artwork or designs. Each item is made-to-order and may vary slightly in color, placement, or appearance due to the printing process.

2. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed directly through our website at www.doodlekeepsakes.com.
We accept major credit/debit cards.
Full payment is required at the time of order.

3. Customer Artwork & Rights

By submitting artwork, you confirm you own the rights to the design or have permission to use it.
We cannot accept copyrighted or trademarked content (e.g., licensed characters, logos) unless you are the rights holder.
We reserve the right to decline any design that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Custom orders typically take up to 2 weeks for production, plus shipping time.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
We only ship to the United States at this time.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or with a production error.
A wrong item was sent in error.

If you believe your order qualifies for a replacement, please contact us at contact@doodlekeepsakes.com within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos of the issue.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (logos, product photos, designs, and branding) is the property of Doodle Keepsakes.
You may not copy, reproduce, or resell any part of our website or products without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Doodle Keepsakes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

Return and Refund Policy

At Doodle Keepsakes, every item is custom-made with love, based on your submitted doodles and designs. Because our products are personalized, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. By placing an order with Doodle Keepsakes, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, replacement only policy.

🛍️ Custom Items

All products are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with a production error.
Please double-check your artwork, sizes, and order details carefully before submitting.

✅ When Refunds/Replacements Apply

We will gladly issue a replacement if:

The product arrives damaged or with a printing/production error.
You received the wrong item by mistake.

Refunds are not offered under any circumstance.

To qualify, please contact us at contact@doodlekeepsakes.com within 3 days of delivery, and include:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and problem

❌ Situations Not Eligible for Replacements

Customer-provided artwork that is low quality, blurry, or incorrectly submitted. Using bright colors, markers, gel pens, or paint may increase colors on keepsakes.
Wrong sizes ordered (please check size charts before purchase).
Minor variations in color, placement, or appearance — small differences are normal in custom printing.
Change of mind after the order has been placed.

💳 Replacement Method

All sales are final and refunds are not offered under any circumstance.
Replacements will be shipped at no additional cost.

📦 Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
